The Danish Connection

Helle Jacobsen was born in Denmark and still has Danish nationality. She is fluent in Danish – although not in legal Danish, having completed all her studies in England.

Over the years, she has built a speciality niche in advising Danish citizens coming to live or work in England on all aspects of English property law, employment law and in connection with tax and estate duty planning, where the complicated concepts of residence and domicile can have such an important impact.

Helle writes articles for several publications, and in addition she is a regular contributor to Nyt Fra Danemark, a quarterly publication for ex-patriot Danes.
